Dating anxiety is REAL, no doubt. But I want you to take a deep breath and just have fun on your first coffee date!

What’s the ideal dress code for a casual coffee date?
Dressing for a casual coffee date often depends on the weather. Are you going out on a date in the summer or in the winter?
Having a few wardrobe essentials is so important because they could help you be flexible depending on the weather conditions.
If you’re dressing for the summer, an ideal dress code could look like a nice blouse, denim jeans, and flats or ankle boots.
If you’re dressing for the chilly weather, you could wear a chunky sweater, denim jeans, and boots. I’d carry an extra layer of clothing like a coat if it’s really cold where you live.
Of course, we’ve got unpredictable, rainy weather that may just “fall” on your coffee date (get the pun, haha). If it’s rainy, I wouldn’t recommend wearing flats if it’s uncomfortable for you. Platform boots could be your best bet! Oh, and definitely don’t forget to bring an umbrella.
You want to choose an outfit that is both comfortable and stylish for you to wear. If you already have a certain style, embrace that. Your outfits can say a lot about your personality as well!
